Challenge
Trading in a car with a top-up is one of the most popular deal formats on the used car market — and one of the most time-consuming. To find an option you have to scroll through hundreds of listings, filter out those who won’t trade and message every seller separately.
By hand that’s hours a day and dozens of identical messages. On top of that, AUTO.RIA is a large platform protected against mass actions, so this process can’t be automated head-on.
Solution
We built a bot that takes over all the routine. The client describes once what they want to give and what they want to get — then the bot searches, filters and writes to sellers by itself.
Stability is key: the bot respects pauses and limits and behaves like an attentive user, not a spam script, so the outreach runs every day without manual intervention.
