Bearcom
BearCom is Motorola Solutions’ largest channel partner in North America: two-way radios, security systems and private LTE networks for businesses, public services and major events.

Challenge
BearCom means 80+ locations, 1,300+ employees, 350+ certified technicians and over 40 years in business. The company provides communications and security for schools, hospitals, oil and gas, construction, transportation and the biggest events — including the Ryder Cup, where 1,400 Motorola radios were in use.
The range is huge: from radios and accessories to video surveillance, access control, repeaters and mobile communication bases for events. The website has to guide every customer to their solution — by product, industry or service — without turning into a maze.
Solution
We approached the website as a product for the sales team: three clear directions — Voice, Security, Data — dedicated pages for industries, rentals and services, and “Contact us” and “Request a quote” conversion points at every step.
Special attention went to event equipment rentals: mobile communication bases, radios, video surveillance and private LTE networks are presented as a turnkey solution, not a list of hardware.
